Sava raises $10M seed for AI-native trust administration
Sava emerged from stealth with $10 million in seed funding led by Gradient, with Y Combinator, SV Angel, Max Mullen, Orange Collective and SurgePoint Capital participating. Its subsidiary, Sava Trust Company, is a Nevada-chartered trust company that acts as administrative trustee. AI agents handle onboarding, document extraction, KYC checks, custodian data sync, accounting and distributions, while human trust officers review the work and remain liable for fiduciary decisions. Clients pay a flat annual fee per trust.
Trust administration is a slow, manual corner of family wealth, and a regulated trustee built around agents could make trusts cheaper and faster for newly liquid founders and the advisors who serve them.
