Thoma Bravo-backed BlueMatrix agrees to acquire Aiera
○ Auto-checkedVendor claim
BlueMatrix, a research publishing platform majority-owned by Thoma Bravo, agreed to acquire Aiera, a platform for permissioned, auditable access to financial content. The companies say the deal combines research authoring with governed AI distribution so broker research, transcripts and other content can flow into buy-side AI systems with attribution. Terms were not disclosed.
Why it matters for investors
How sell-side research gets licensed into funds' own AI systems is consolidating into fewer pipes.
