Caruso is an AI-native fund administrator for private markets: managers can run its software in-house or hand it the back office as a full fund administration service. One investor record feeds the investor CRM, unit registry and branded investor portal, and AI agents (a Fund Admin Agent plus rule-based background agents) process applications, redemptions and compliance tasks, escalating anything outside the fund's rules to a person. The company says it administers more than US$75 billion across 950+ private funds and launched in the US in October 2026.
