Final Close
Final Close is an LP database and fundraising workspace from Data Driven VC GmbH, the team behind the Data Driven VC newsletter, for VC, growth and PE managers raising a fund. It was rebuilt from limitedpartnerlist.com and launched on October 30, 2026. The company says it lists more than 30,000 active LPs, from family offices and funds of funds to pensions and endowments, and it adds a page tracking new VC, growth and PE fund closes. It ranks warm paths to LPs through Happenstance, keeps a shared pipeline board for the fundraising team, and exposes its data to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code through an MCP server (see https://aiforinvestors.ai/news/l65/). The LP counts and features are the company's own claims, and the launch issue of its newsletter carried a sponsor line.
