Finpilot

Research
ApprovedEditorial, unpaid

Finpilot is an AI knowledge-management platform for allocators: endowments, foundations, OCIOs and family offices, with a separate product for RIAs and wealth managers. It connects to a team's manager documents, internal memos and meeting notes, then answers questions in a chat interface with citations to the exact place in the source document. Background AI agents prepare for manager meetings, synthesize quarterly updates, analyze Excel data and support due diligence, and a matrix view compares funds across strategy, fees and performance. Its research hub organizes incoming manager documents without manual data entry and alerts team members to capital calls, strategy changes and other developments as documents arrive. Finpilot is based in Seattle and, according to Tracxn, has raised $4.5M over two rounds from investors including Madrona.
