Mili

Editor reviewed · unpaidFirm: Ops/back office

Mili is an AI platform for wealth management firms, built for advisors at RIAs and broker-dealers. It offers a suite of purpose-built agents that take on an advisor's busy work: capturing meetings and updating the CRM, scheduling, keeping client data in sync across systems, onboarding new clients, researching prospects, turning documents into data and drafting branded financial plans. Since Oct 21, 2026, advisors at firms that use Egnyte can run Mili's agents on client files and folders stored there, alongside CRM, portfolio and planning data, under each advisor's Egnyte permissions (see https://aiforinvestors.ai/news/l47/). Mili says it is SOC 2 certified and works with firms managing more than $250B in client assets; those figures are vendor claims.

What it does

  • Meeting Agent: captures meetings, updates the CRM and drafts follow-ups and meeting summaries
  • Scheduling Agent: finds times, sends invites and includes the agenda
  • Data Management Agent: a change to client details flows across connected systems
  • Onboarding Agent: fills forms and completes account applications for new clients
  • Prospect Research Agent: background, interests and connections before a meeting
  • Documents Agent: extracts key details from uploaded documents into the firm's systems
  • Financial Planning Agent: tax, estate, education and insurance reports with the firm's branding
  • Egnyte integration: run agents on client files and folders in Egnyte under each advisor's permissions (live for mutual customers)
  • SOC 2 certified and used by firms with $250B+ in client assets (vendor claim)
