Zeplyn launches Workflows, turning wealth firms' operating playbooks into agentic multi-step processes
Zeplyn, which sells an agentic AI operating system for wealth management, introduced Zeplyn Workflows, which turns a firm's operating playbooks into multi-step processes that its agents carry out across systems and departments. It covers middle and back office work such as advisor transitions, client onboarding and account opening, and each workflow pauses for a designated person to approve at points the firm sets. Zeplyn says it has more than 50 wealth-specific agents and 30+ integrations, including Salesforce, Schwab Advisor Center, Redtail and Wealthbox.
Advisor AI is moving from meeting notes into running back office processes end to end, with human approval gates that compliance teams will expect to see.
