Blevins Franks selects Palindrome agentic AI for cross-border wealth advice
Cross-border wealth manager Blevins Franks has partnered with agentic AI company Palindrome to power its European Client Solutions, which serves UK advisers whose clients live in the EU. Palindrome's workflows will cover automatic record updates, writing core suitability letters and running compliance checks across several European regulatory regimes. The two firms say they are rebuilding client reviews and onboarding for AI agents, working toward end-to-end automation. Palindrome is in the second cohort of the FCA's AI Live Testing programme.
Suitability letters and multi-jurisdiction compliance checks are some of the most labor-heavy paperwork in private wealth, and they are now being handed to agents with advisers reviewing.
