Mercer Advisors expands multi-year Arch partnership, cutting alts operating costs 40%
Arch announced a multi-year expansion of its partnership with Mercer Advisors, a national wealth and financial planning firm with $114 billion in client assets serving more than 40,000 families. Since their work began in early 2025, Mercer says it has saved more than 7,000 hours a year and cut the operational cost of managing client alternative investments by 40%. Arch's AI-powered platform collects documents from fund admin portals and supports portfolio monitoring, liquidity planning, capital-call and distribution tracking, K-1 delivery to CPAs, and private-markets reporting inside Mercer's Aspen Investing platform. Arch says it supports over $600 billion in private assets across more than 650 allocators.
Shows how a large RIA is using AI private-markets ops to scale alts for HNW and family-office clients without adding back-office headcount.
