Beeks Group invests in OmniPhi and launches Beeks Sovereign AI, agentic AI for capital markets on infrastructure firms control
Beeks Financial Cloud Group, an AIM-listed cloud and connectivity provider for financial markets, announced a strategic investment in and partnership with OmniPhi to launch Beeks Sovereign AI. OmniPhi's agentic harness orchestrates AI agents across research, strategy, risk and execution workflows, running on GPU-enabled Beeks Proximity Cloud infrastructure in colocation or on the client's own site. The pitch is that regulated institutions can use agentic AI without sending data through third-party public cloud infrastructure.
Data sovereignty is a common reason funds hold back on agents; this packages agentic research and execution workflows on hardware the firm controls.
