FinTurk adds FinBox, an AI inbox assistant that drafts client email replies for RIAs inside its CRM
○ Auto-checkedIndependent report
FinTurk, a Chicago-based AI-native CRM for registered investment advisers, launched FinBox. It connects to Microsoft 365 and Gmail, sorts an adviser's inbox using client context from the CRM, and drafts replies. Nothing goes out until the adviser approves it.
Why it matters for investors
Client email is one of the biggest time sinks for advisers. Putting the drafting inside the CRM, with an approval step before anything is sent, is the pattern wealth firms need to keep supervision and recordkeeping intact.
