Kaleidoscope launches Console, an SEC-native analyst workstation for institutional investors and hedge funds
Kaleidoscope launched Console, an SEC-native analyst workstation for institutional investors, hedge funds, quants and banks. Its Capital Graph maps the holders, insiders, funds, advisers, lenders and deals behind a company, and every figure links back to its source filing. An AI layer reads filings sentence by sentence with 531 proprietary classifiers, alongside semantic search, language-change tracking and red-flag detection, across 14 SEC-derived datasets such as 10.2 million insider trades since 2003 and 765,000 Form D filings.
Buy-side analysts get ownership, insider and private capital signals with a one-click trail to the filing, which suits teams that need to verify AI output.
