Greenboard launches GreenboardGo2.0, an AI harness for SEC and FINRA compliance teams
Greenboard launched GreenboardGo2.0, which it calls an AI harness for SEC and FINRA compliance teams at RIAs, broker-dealers, private funds and hedge funds. Teams can ask, configure and automate their compliance program from Slack, Teams, Claude or ChatGPT, using more than 240 Greenboard tools over MCP, with a person signing off before anything is final and each step written to a 17a-4 compliant record. Greenboard says the platform served 750 regulated firms last quarter.
Fund compliance teams can run AI agents inside the chat tools they already use while keeping a regulator-ready audit trail and human sign-off.
