Vantage FP&A launches Vann, an agentic AI system for quality of earnings work on acquisitions
Vantage FP&A, based in Austin, launched Vann on October 23, 2026, an agentic AI system that builds financial reporting, forecasts and transaction diligence from a company's closed accounting records. For acquisitions it supports quality of earnings analysis, comparing bank statements and filed tax returns against the books and listing each proposed earnings add-back with its source account. The company pitches it to buyers, brokers and SBA lenders.
Quality of earnings is a slow, costly step in lower middle market and search fund deals, and source-traced AI work could compress diligence timelines for small buyers.
