Legora and Conga integrate so enterprise CLM contracts can run through Legora for drafting, review and diligence
On November 2, 2026 Legora and Conga announced an integration that lets mutual customers pull contracts from Conga Contract Lifecycle Management directly into Legora for drafting, review, research, summaries, redlining and due diligence, including Tabular Reviews. Conga access controls carry through automatically. Later phases will save Legora edits back to Conga as new versions or documents and add natural-language search across Conga contracts. Legora said it is used by more than 130,000 legal professionals at more than 2,000 law firms and in-house teams across over 80 markets.
Deal and in-house counsel already on Conga can run Legora diligence and drafting on the live CLM record instead of exporting and re-uploading files.
