Ansarada and Legora integrate so deal teams can pull data-room documents straight into Legora for diligence
Ansarada, a virtual data room for M&A, capital raising and restructures, and Legora announced an integration that lets deal teams browse their Ansarada data rooms inside Legora and import documents and folders with the folder structure carried over. Users can then run due diligence with Legora Agent or a Tabular Review, draft from the documents and build closing checklists. Legora only shows what each user is entitled to see under their Ansarada permissions, and every import is recorded in the data room's audit trail. The integration is in beta for Legora customers with Ansarada access, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand.
Data-room access is the friction point for AI diligence; this removes the download and re-upload step while keeping the room's permissions and audit trail.
