DSC Investment subsidiary Ttoktok launches DDworks, an AI agent for VC and CVC investment operations
Ttoktok, a subsidiary of Korean venture capital firm DSC Investment, launched DDworks, an AI work agent for the alternative investment industry, alongside IMworks, an integrated investment management service. DDworks connects fund and investment data already held in ERP systems with contracts and meeting minutes, then searches the material, organizes review findings and drafts reports. Ttoktok says it handles recurring work such as contract review, post-investment portfolio management and checking exit status, while the person in charge checks the source materials before any final decision. Both products will be shown to industry professionals at a showcase in Seoul at the end of October.
A VC-owned software arm is wiring an agent into fund ERP data and deal documents, the same back-office plumbing GPs elsewhere are trying to connect to AI.
