Datasite and Hebbia partner so deal teams can run AI diligence on live, permissioned data rooms
Datasite, the M&A data room provider, partnered with Hebbia, an AI platform for institutional finance. Shared customers can analyze live, permissioned Datasite data room content inside Hebbia, next to their firm's prior deals, public filings and market data, without downloading and re-uploading files. Hebbia answers diligence questions with citations back to source documents, flags risks and value drivers, and drafts diligence summaries, IC memos, CIMs and request lists. The integration is available to Hebbia customers with active Datasite projects.
Data rooms are opening up to AI diligence tools, so deal teams can run their question lists against the live room instead of a stale download.
