Altvia launches Investor Engagement Manager, an AI-native tool that tracks every LP relationship across funds and fundraises
Altvia, which sells investor relations, fundraising and deal-sourcing software to private equity and venture firms, launched Investor Engagement Manager. It reads a firm's IR and fundraising data, flags what is changing in each LP relationship with links back to the source records, and drafts a next step inside the firm's existing permissions. Altvia says nothing consequential happens until a person approves it, and the fundraise pipeline updates itself from relationship activity instead of manual CRM entry.
Most of a GP's LPs sit in funds already closed; a tool that watches those relationships between raises targets re-ups, the cheapest capital a manager can win.
