Formidium buys Luxembourg's Ci Fund Services to bring AI-native fund administration to Europe
Formidium, which calls itself an AI-native fund administrator and has more than $38 billion in assets under administration, bought Ci Fund Services S.A., a Luxembourg Private Label Fund provider founded in 1988, after approval from Luxembourg's regulator, the CSSF. The deal gives Formidium a base in Europe's largest fund domicile. Ci Fund Services clients will get access to Formidium's AI tool ARYA, its Seamless fund accounting system and CommonSubDoc for investor onboarding.
Managers raising from European investors can now pick an administrator that pairs a Luxembourg platform with AI-driven fund accounting and onboarding.
