Harvey launches Legal Work Orchestration, templates and review gates that let agents run defined steps of an M&A matter
Harvey launched Legal Work Orchestration, which connects the phases, tasks, people and review points of a matter in one place. Teams can save a recurring process such as a buy-side acquisition as a reusable template, and each task carries its scope, inputs and reviewer, so an agent can, for example, run a change-of-control review and produce a consent matrix for a partner to approve. Lawyers can also update tasks by email. Tasks, comments and notifications are rolling out across Harvey workspaces now, with early access for templates.
Deal-side legal diligence moves from one-off prompts to repeatable, reviewable agent workflows, which is what fund counsel and deal teams will see on their next transaction.
