Privera spins out of Crescenta with an AI-native private-markets platform for banks and asset managers
Privera, a new independent company built on the technology behind Spanish private-equity distribution platform Crescenta, launched a platform for banks and asset managers that handles client onboarding, suitability checks, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and investor reporting. It includes AI agents for document review, operations tracking, reporting and investor queries, supports MCP, and can be white-labelled or integrated by API. The underlying technology already serves more than 15,000 investors.
Managers distributing evergreen and semi-liquid funds to wealth clients get a ready-made operations layer with agents built in.
