CredCore launches Credit Agents, specialist AI credit analysts that work on a firm's own deal files
CredCore launched Credit Agents, a set of specialist AI credit analysts (legal, financial, structural and governance, for example) that work together as a coordinated desk inside a lender's own deal repository. Answers link back to the defining clause, later amendments and the underlying financial figures, and the company gives questions such as priming capacity, liability management exercises, dividend recaps and permitted EBITDA adjustments as typical uses. Each workflow is tagged to a deal and runs under an assigned budget, and teams can task one specialist or hand the review to a master agent.
Credit investment teams get multi-specialist analysis of their own credit agreements without waiting on senior legal and structuring staff.
